US culture highlighted at Expo 2025 Osaka by INFiLED and AV Stumpfl
The USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan, is making a vibrant and dynamic impression on visitors with the help of Infiled's cutting-edge LED technology. Situated six metres above ground level on the exterior of the pavilion's facade, two massive outdoor LED walls, each measuring 26 metres wide and 6.5 metres high, serve as a captivating visual centrepiece.
Covering a total area of 338 square metres, these LED walls display looped video content that showcases American landmarks, space exploration footage, and national baseball games. The collaboration between Infiled and immersive experience specialist BeWunder demonstrates the compatibility of their products with creative visions and demanding architectural environments.
The AV Stumpfl PIXERA media server is utilised to deliver content to the LED walls, ensuring smooth and high-quality playback. A 5.9mm pixel pitch was chosen for the LED walls to guarantee optimal image quality. The installation also features standard panels measuring 1,000 by 1,000mm, with additional 1,000 by 500mm panels for the final half-metre section to align with the building's unique shape.
