Proposal sought for harmonizing food labeling laws among Member States.

Landshut, Germany - From September 19 to 21, the Old Town area between Isargestade and Spiegelgasse, as well as Ländtorplatz, will be closed to traffic. This closure, which will last from 11 am on September 19 to 8 pm on September 21, is part of the preparations for the "19. Stadtspektakel Landshut".

During this period, various international street artists will be performing throughout the Old Town and the Lower Neustadt, adding a vibrant and creative touch to the city.

For motorists, several detour routes will be in place. Traffic from Zweibrückenstraße will be diverted via Innere Regensburger Straße towards Podewilsstraße/Josef-Deimer-Tunnel. The detour route for line 102 ends at Josef-Deimer-Tunnel and returns to the same route, then via Podewilsstraße - Innere Regensburger Straße to Postplatz.

Line 106 (direction Auwaldsiedlung) will follow a detour route of Postplatz - Am Alten Viehmarkt - Schützenstraße and then unchanged to Auwaldsiedlung. For line 106 (direction Altstadt), the detour route is Auwaldsiedlung to Stadtwerke and then via Innere Regensburger Straße to Postplatz.

Line 107's detour route is Postplatz - Am Alten Viehmarkt - Josef-Deimer-Tunnel - Grieserwiese - Wernstorferstraße - Kalcherstraße - Hagrain - Niedermayerstraße - Innere Regensburger Straße - Postplatz.

For line 108, the detour route is Postplatz - Zweibrückenstraße - Seligenthaler Straße - Hauptbahnhof - Altdorfer Straße - Flurstraße - Wadenspanner - Eugenbach and back to Bismarkplatz, then via Innere Regensburger Straße to Postplatz. Line 109 (outbound) follows a route of Gündlkoferau to Bismarkplatz unchanged, then via Innere Regensburger Straße - Am Alten Viehmarkt to Postplatz. Line 109 (return) follows Postplatz - Zweibrückenstraße - Hauptbahnhof, then unchanged further to Gündlkoferau.

Please note that the stops "Altstadt", "Neustadt", "Regierungsplatz", and "Maximilianstraße" cannot be served during the event.

Visitors can use the parking lot of the Financial Authority, accessible via Bauhofstraße and Maximilianstraße, from September 19, 5 pm to September 21, 12 am. The parking lot of the pension insurance located at Isargestade, as well as the operated underground and parking garages "An der Freyung", "City-Center", and the "Parkhaus Zentrum" on the Mühleninsel, will be available during regular hours.

The parking lot of the Justice Authority, open to the public on weekends, can also be used for free and without time restrictions.

Traffic participants are asked to observe traffic signs and avoid the city center during the event days. A replacement resident parking zone will be designated in the New Town at the entrance of Grasgasse for those with permits for the resident parking zone Grasgasse from September 19, 12 pm to September 21, 8 pm.

For those coming from Dreifaltigkeitsplatz, traffic will be directed via Spiegelgasse into the New Town and further towards Regierungsstraße or Freyung. The "Lower Old Town" and "Upper Old Town" taxi stands will be relocated towards Postplatz at the height of Hl.-Geistspitals or along Innere Münchener Straße opposite the old JVA from September 19, 8 am to September 21, 8 pm.

The bus lines of Stadtwerke Landshut will be affected by the closure and diversion measures from September 19, 10 am to September 21, 8:30 pm.
