Proposal for Disneyland-esque Theme Park in Manesar, Haryana, India Unveiled
In the heart of Haryana, plans are unfolding for a monumental project that promises to transform the region. Announced in early July 2025, the Haryana government is proposing the development of a 500-acre Disneyland-themed amusement park near Pachgaon Chowk, along the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway and the Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor.
Currently in the proposal and planning stage, the project is being carefully crafted to align with national tourism goals. Discussions with Union Culture and Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat have taken place to ensure the park's success. As of July 2025, the plan is in the conceptual and preparatory phase, with infrastructure planning underway. Specific construction start dates have not been publicly announced yet.
The strategic location of the site, with its excellent connectivity via the KMP Expressway and rail corridor, will facilitate future construction and access. Once operational, the amusement park is expected to generate large-scale employment and boost tourism and economic growth in the region.
