The highlight of the tour was the use of the app 'Luenen digital erleben'. This app, developed by local tech enthusiasts, provides detailed information about Luenen's sights and history directly on smartphones.
Mayor Kleine-Frauns hopes this app will engage Luenener residents with their city's rich news. The app allows users to explore the city digitally, even when not physically present. Delegations also visited Dortmund and toured the impressive stadium of Borussia Dortmund.
