Cruising Historical Europe: A Journey through Time and Culture
Recently, I jumped ship from my desk to board a cruise that sailed me to Europe's ancient wonders - Pompeii, Rome, and Girona. Each destination served up a mouthful of history, culture, and picturesque vistas. From the ghostly Roman ruins of Pompeii to the medieval allure of Girona, this voyage was a treasure chest of inspiration, offering a welcome escape from the daily grind.
Reading Between Pages
During my sea voyage, I found myself engrossed in "Among the Trolls" by Marianna Spring, an intriguing exploration of contemporary conspiracies. I'm also knee-deep in "Fake Heroes" by Otto English, a thought-provoking read that serves up intel wrapped in an engaging narrative.
