The Limited-Time Kaiseki Dinner Pop-Ups will take place at the acclaimed our website restaurant space on the 5th floor of Ovation Hollywood (formerly Hollywood & Highland) from Friday, November 4 to Saturday, December 17, 2022.
These intimate dining experiences will accommodate approximately 12 diners per session, with two seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. for the kaiseki pop-ups. Each session will last approximately 2 - 2.5 hours, offering guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the multi-course structure, visual aesthetics, balance of taste, texture, and the importance of seasonal and local ingredients that define kaiseki.
The eight-course kaiseki dinner, presented by Chef Nagahara, will feature a variety of delectable dishes such as Opening Bites, Fall Harvest, Vegetable Ash Brioche a Tete, BBQ King Crab & Astrea Caviar, Kagoshima Sujiara, Dry Aged Sashimi, New Zealand Langoustine & Hokkaido Uni, Char Siu A5 Miyazaki-Gyu & Matsutake Mushroom, 30-day Dry Aged Tyee & Wagyu Onion Marmalade Donabe Rice, Fish Fumet Miso Soup, Coconut Parfait, Terry Ranch Yellow Peach, and Candies & Confections.
