Grand Hotel Bucharest's Corso Brasserie Reopens with Authentic Italian Cuisine
Grand Hotel Bucharest's Corso Brasserie has reopened, bringing a fresh Italian spirit to the capital. The restaurant, located on the boulevard level, serves authentic Italian dishes from morning till late, seven days a week.
Alexandru Obreja, the Executive Chef, ensures every dish is crafted with care, using locally sourced produce. The menu features handmade pasta, antipasti, grilled specialties, and regional Italian favourites. To enhance the dining experience, the restaurant offers a Wine Passport, allowing guests to explore Italian wine regions by the glass.
The outdoor terrace transports diners to a Roman trattoria, with chequered tablecloths and views of Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard. The Business Lunch offer, priced at 75 lei, includes a complimentary tenth lunch after nine visits.
Corso Brasserie at Grand Hotel Bucharest, open since 1971, continues its legacy with this Italy-inspired reopening. The restaurant invites guests to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, local produce, and a unique wine experience in a charming setting.
