Global Leadership Conference by TalentNomics India to be Held: "Rebalancing the Multiverse - Translating Vision into Deeds"

On March 27, 2025, TalentNomics India will host the 9th Global Leadership Conference at the Holiday Inn, Aerocity, New Delhi. The theme of this year's event is "Restoring the Equiverse - From Vision to Action."

The conference aims to foster high-impact discussions on practical strategies to restore gender balance across workplaces, economies, and society. It brings together 200+ global and regional leaders, policymakers, corporate executives, and social change-makers for a day of insightful discussions and collaborative action.

The event will kick off with an opening speech from Paul Linnarz, a renowned business leader and expert in organizational development. Other keynote speakers include Her Excellency May-Elin Stener, Ambassador of Norway to India and Sri Lanka, Neelam Dhawan, Non-Executive Director of ICICI Bank Limited and Hindustan Unilever Ltd, and Kanta Singh, Deputy Representative of UN Women India.

The conference features four dynamic panel discussions and sessions, including "Reimagining Workplaces - Building Gender-Responsive Employment Practices," "Financial Empowerment - Bridging the Gender Wealth Gap," and "Allies to Advocates - Transforming the Narrative Around Gender Roles." The third panel discussion engages men, media, and policymakers in the gender equity movement to drive long-term cultural shifts.

In addition to the panel discussions, the conference will launch the "4W's Report: Bridging the Gender Gap in Work, Wealth, Welfare & Well-being." This report provides critical insights and specific country-based policy recommendations to address persistent inequalities in three South Asian Countries, using Thailand as an anchor country.

A roundtable discussion will take place to gather inputs on policies and frameworks needed to accelerate systemic change at national and organizational levels. The conference will also feature a Q&A session titled "Walking the Talk - Fostering an Equiverse" between Kishore Ajwani and Lavang Khare.
