The Heat is On for tz-Wiesn-Madl 2025!
Hey there! The race for tz-Wiesn-Madl 2025 is heating up, and ladies across Munich are prepping their dirndls and putting their best foot forward! The fantastic prizes on the line have everyone excited for the competition!
Munich - It's only 80 days until the first keg is tapped and the Oktoberfest setup commences today, on Monday. Folks can barely contain their excitement, and that includes our thrill-seeking applicants in the hunt for the coveted position of tz-Wiesn-Madl! Our action-packed challenge went live a few days back, and the dreams of many charismatic women have already been set in motion.
Prizes Worth Over 10,000 Euros Awaits the Chosen One!
If you're at least 18 by the finale on September 24, grab your dirndl, and hop on board! Simply upload three stunning pics, including at least one in traditional wear, and express your passion for the role on our website, tz-Wiesn-Madl.
The adventure continues until July 6. Here's an introduction to five women who have made their move already.
Five Stylish Contestants Ready for the Runway
1. Dorothea (34), a jewelry designer from Munich, is a frequent attendee of the Kocherlball, happening on July 20. This year's event is a special one, she says. "I adore our Bavarian attire and embrace the unique spirit of Munich. Oktoberfest is the ultimate highlight for me."
2. Aysu (24), an insurance saleswoman from Freising, has her heart set on the title. "I want to prove that vibrancy and tradition can coexist." Born on the Isar, she loves everything that makes Oktoberfest so iconic. "One doesn't need a Bavarian bloodline to be a true Wiesn madl!"
3. Sofia (21), an interior designer from Kirchheim, is a daily fixture at the Wiesn with her family and pals. "Dirndls are my jam!" she says. She cherishes the traditions and emphasizes the importance of preserving them.
Prizes for the Winning Competitors
It's definitely worth a shot! The lucky tz-Wiesn-Madl stands a chance to win prizes totaling over 15,000 euros. The victor will embark on a seven-day cruise in Croatia for two, boasting a 5,000 euro voucher from furniture store Böhmler (Tal). Additionally, a voucher for a premium model workshop from the Model Institute awaits. But that's not all! A seven-month membership at a studio of her choice from Elements Fitness & Wellness and a three-night stay in a double room for two at a Minor Hotel (NH Hotels) in Germany are also included in the haul.

The top 3 finalists receive vouchers from Trachten Angermaier, with 1st place taking home 500 euros, 2nd place scoring 300 euros, and 3rd place pocketing 100 euros. Also, a magical experience at the Spielbanken Bayern awaits each finalist (for those aged 21 and up).
The second and third place winners take home additional prizes as well. The runner-up gets a workshop voucher from the Model Institute worth around 1,000 euros, while the third place finisher walks away with a Polashooting from Coach Stefan worth 110 euros.
Every one of the dozen finalists will be gifted a stunning dirndl from Trachten Angermaier worth 500 euros.

4. Sabrina (36), hailing from Karlskron, initially discovered her love for Oktoberfest through her husband. They reside in the district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen. "He attended the shooting festival since he was young," she recalls. "The first time he brought me? I was hooked!" She carries on the tradition and passes it on to her three children.*
5. Emina (37), a beloved Munich resident, adores spending time in nature with her furry friend. But she equally revels in the energy and excitement of Oktoberfest. "Women, pretzels, beer, brass bands, and that distinctive Wiesn sensation – now that's the life I want to celebrate!"
